Stella's Laboratory
Stella's core facility lies on the bottom of the 100 meters deep entrance shaft. In fact most of the residents of Petrova Manor and even some witches have no idea why is that hole there or even that the core facility exists.
Beyond the junction hall lie three rooms, the Turbine hall is lined with massive generators and turbines which turn steam into the electricity which powers all of Nauchtwald, you can usually find more then a few of Stella's familiars here, and if you don't mind the resident radiation, they will be happy to talk about the facility with you. On the far side of the hall lies a door that leads to the mostly uninteresting sleeping rooms for the said familiars.
Above the Turbine hall lies the centerpiece of the core facility, the Stellar Core itself. this spherical room's insides are filled with numerous small pipes, these pipes are produced out of a tungsten alloy, which can withstand the high temperatures produced by the star. These small pipes finally meet on the exit pipe (The one on the right), where they are lead through the turbines.
After the steam condenses back to water, it is moved to the coolant storage, this facility stores excess coolant before it is fed through the entry pipe back to the core(The left pipe) . The coolant storage facility is highly radioactive, as the coolant is repeatedly fed in a closed system, without losses.
The room itself lies beyond a long corridor with 3 separate blast doors, preventing radiation leaks. In the room are numerous open water tanks, while the air itself is filled with a sparse radioactive mist, which never fades due to the warmth from the tanks.
The final room in the Core facility is Stella's ready room. This simple room consists of a desk and several closets, drawers and other storage items. Stella keeps the facility paperwork, and takes in occasional visitors, as the residual radiation is low here.
Finally we have the "Mysterious tunnel" this tunnel actually leads deeper into Stella's facility, or more specific its Research and Development section, Stella didn't actually mention this to the witches, and they don't go there because it would mean going through the Coolant Storage Facility.

The Dojo
If guests were to make their way to the left of the pool yard they will be met with a large oriental gate and stone steps that leads farther up the mountain side. After quite the climb, one will find that the steps eventually open up to a large space where a Dojo resides. At the back of the Dojo will be a cliff side where a large willow tree stands tall, and to the left and right of the Pink Rose Witch's home are two elongated Dojos used for their own specific purposes.
The Dojo grounds is large with a place of living found at the center of the grounds. This is where the Pink Rose Witch resides. Their home is largely oriental in nature, and often lacking in material items. The lay out of the house is minimal, consisting of a kitchen, living room, tea room, and two bedrooms. The floors are wooden with very little carpeting, and the walls are made of wood and dry wall like any other ordinary home. The decor is very subtle. The tearoom is the room at the farthest back of the house, and opens up to a zen garden where students can meditate. The garden leads all the way to the cliff side where the willow tree resides. It is formerly known as The Wishing Tree or The Giving Tree, as there is a myth that if someone with a pure heart were to whisper their wishes to the tree, and drink tea made from it's bark, then the wish will be granted after a single night's sleep. Most are unaware that the nature in which you ask, as well as take, from the tree will determine whether or not it likes you. If it finds you undeserving then you will be plagued with a terrible sickness that lasts for a week.
To the left of the home there is a Dojo specifically for those who wish to learn and practice martial arts training. This building While to the right of the house there is a Dojo specifically for weapons training. Both Dojo's include screen doors at the farthest left and right of the Dojo. Traditionally during a time of instruction the students will enter at the lower left corner of the space, while the instructors enter from the upper right corner. At the Farthest right wall there will be a small nook where a shinto shrine resides surrounded with flowers and other artifacts of importance. Along the back wall there will be a door that opens into a room where equipment or other items are held. At the farthest right is another door that acts as a bathroom and changing room. The only difference between the two Dojos is what is found in their respective equipment and storage room.
To the far left of the grounds there is another set of stone stairs that ascend farther up the mountain. This eventually connects to several other mountain paths that lead to other places in Nautchwald or the Petrova grounds. Several caves and shrines can be found scattered around the mountain side, but the most important location to note along this path is the hot springs. It is generally a place where students can go to relax after a hard days work.

The Servant Quarters
After passing through the iron gate surrounding the entire estate, and traveling farther up the well paved road there will be an eventual fork in the road. To the right leads guest houses, continuing forward will take you to the Petrova Manor, and taking the left path will eventually bring you to a small neighborhood. The Cul-de-sac is lined with old English, possibly Dutch, styled homes and cottages where all the staff who work at the manor can reside. Each home is fairly large, but tend to vary in room count. The minimum number of rooms available is six bedrooms, while the maximum tends to be ten. The rooms are often shared as an attempt to minimize the amount of homes needed for the workers. The kitchens and dining areas are large so they can accommodate such a large number of people. Unfortunately there is little space left for other luxuries, so the Petrova's built community buildings to ensure that their staff have a satisfying time living on site. There is a recreational center, a bathhouse, an out door pool, and a small park for everyone to enjoy. The servants are also allowed to roam the rest of the estate for entertainment, meaning they can use the gaming room in the manor or the library. It is Important to note that living on site is not a requirement, and that staff are given the choice to commute to work.
